Offered in conjunction with Esri Australia, DBYD Automate enables Members to easily respond to Dial Before You Dig (DBYD) enquiries. DBYD Automate facilitates automatic responses to enquiries, saving you time, and improving organisational efficiency, asset protection and damage prevention.
Response Automation
DBYD Automate responds to DBYD enquires on your behalf. You can choose how to respond to user enquiries and set up email templates containing plans and information to keep users informed.
Real-Time visibility
All DBYD enquiries can be viewed throughout your organisation in real-time with DBYD Automate. Set up alerts for excavation work scheduled near your own planned activities, and be notified of works near critical assets.
Rules Engine
DBYD Automate features a Rules Engine allowing you to set up rules for how you would like your referrals handled, providing greater insight and improved management of works occurring in your AOI.
Integration with DBYD membership
DBYD Automate can be integrated with Dial Before You Dig Membership to cover referral notification and automated responses all in one place for seamless asset management and single invoicing.
